Why are my completed visits showing as "Pending"?

After you upload your assignment, its status is "Pending Approval". It becomes approved after our Review Team reviews the information you uploaded. That team checks the information you provided to confirm that you completed all the requirements and that the information you provided is accurate and complete. 

Assuming everything checks out, your assignment status changes to "Approved". And once approved, you are able to request a payment. (Learn how here). 

If you failed to meet all or some of the requirements, the Review Team may contact you about it. In some cases, you will have to return to the store to provide more information.
