While we strive to complete the review process within 6 days, the review process may take longer in some instances as we are reviewing the deliverables for accuracy, validity, and completeness in accordance with the requirements and standards designated by the client and project description.
We review visits daily, once approved, visits are typically available for payment on the morning of the 7th day.
Why it might take longer:

Missing or incomplete information: This includes blurry or unclear photos, unanswered questions, incorrect counts, or skipped steps in the survey.

Lack of required verification details: Missing key items like geo-location data can delay reviews since we must confirm the visit was completed at the correct store.

Time and data discrepancies: If the reported time on site doesn’t align with the collected data, the visit must go through a more thorough review to confirm accuracy, which can extend the processing time.
We check each visit carefully to ensure all client requirements are met before approval.
