Hourly visits (like resets) are reviewed after submission. During review, we verify:
Photos submitted
Timestamps and logbook entries
Onsite duration
Any notes explaining issues at the location
Until the review is complete, you may only see the base rate in your app.
If the reviewed payment is lower than expected, it means not all requirements were met, or time reported didn’t match evidence submitted.
If you still believe the payment is inaccurate, please reach out during live support hours for review of your specific case.
