The surveys can be detailed, but that’s intentional — they include step-by-step photos and clear instructions, so if you slow down and follow them, you’ll succeed. Most questions you may have are already answered within the survey, on our survey.support.com site or the Learning Center, so always start there before reaching out.
Keep your location services on so visits can be validated, and never try to “work around” the system, it delays payment and can lead to flags or removal.
When you’re in-store, be professional and respectful, greet managers, follow store rules, and remember you’re representing top national brands, so what you wear does matter, stay safe and follow the dress code guidelines.
Visit only during appropriate hours, and if you run into issues, stay calm and communicate clearly.
As an independent contractor, you control what you accept. If a project doesn’t fit your schedule or interests, simply skip it. But once you commit, honor it, and if something changes, give at least 24-hour notice before expiration so another rep can take it and the client isn’t impacted.
Putting in genuine effort and following instructions carefully not only builds your reliability but also opens doors to more work, perks, and long-term success.
