To submit your visit, all required questions must be completed.
Some answers (like selecting “Yes, there is backstock”) will open additional mandatory questions that must be answered before upload.
Sometimes, if you selected the wrong response and changed it later, the app may still think there are unanswered questions, even if you can’t see them anymore (rare but could happen).
Here’s how to fix it on your own:
Step 1: Always good to Double-Check Your Answers
- Review your survey and confirm every visible question has been answered.
- Make sure you selected the correct response (Yes/No) for anything that opens more questions, such as:
- Backstock
- Damaged items
- Out-of-stocks
- Unable to start visit
If the answer was changed, the hidden follow-up questions may still be flagged as incomplete.
If you’ve checked all questions and still see a message that something is missing:
- Add a detailed comment in the comment/notes section explaining:
- That no additional questions are visible and everything that you can see is answered, including the additional comments at the end of the survey.
- Then complete an Emergency Diagnostic (instructions will appear after you tap submit).
This allows the system to re-check your survey and resolve the submission issue.
Important: Do NOT force close or delete the app while a visit is assigned or in progress. Doing so can erase your work and may prevent the visit from being approved.
