Photos of the product and backroom are required (take photos of inside boxes, show anything damaged - it matter)
Need to do a return? No label = no problem, here’s what to do.
If you HAVE a label:
Box up the product
Write the Store Name & # clearly
Attach the label
Take 1 clean photo of the sealed box + backroom
Hand off to Store Director (or Manager/Lead if unavailable)
If you NEED a label:

Neatly stage the product in the backroom
Take clear photos of the staged product + area
Leave product with store leadership and note who you gave it to in your survey
Never leave with product. Missing photos or unclear handoffs = delays in payment.
