If you are unable to see projects in the app, please make sure to check the following:
- Verify that you have an active assignment or project allocation in your profile.
Check if any filters are applied in the app that might limit the projects displayed (such as location, project type, or routes):
How projects appear in the app (by project or by store location)
What types of projects are included on the Available list / map
What types of project are included and excluded from the Available list / map
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection so the app can properly sync and load available projects.
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest versions.
Troubleshooting Steps if You Don’t See Projects in the App:
Close and reopen the app: Sometimes, restarting the app refreshes the content.
Clear app cache (if applicable): This can help resolve loading issues.
Remove any filters: Check if there are filters applied that might be hiding projects.
Log out and log back in: This can refresh your session and data.
Important: If you have a visit currently in progress, do not log out of the app or force close it. Doing so will result in the loss of any unsaved work or progress made during the visit. Make sure to complete and submit your visit before logging out or restarting the app.
