If you are trying to log in and running into issues, before you reach out, please be sure you:
Double-check that you are using the same email address you registered with.
Confirm you’re entering the correct password (case sensitive).
If you use a password manager, make sure it’s filling in the right login details.
Try standard app troubleshooting:
Close and reopen the app
Ensure your device software and the app are updated to the latest version
Restart your phone and try again
If all else fails, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password.
What if I don't get the email to reset my password?
First check your spam or junk email to make sure the email didn't get filtered out of your main email box.
Please also check that your mailbox isn't blocking our survey.com emails as that could block any password reset from getting to your inbox.
Check to be sure your mailbox is not full, causing undeliverable messages

I logged out and now can't log back in and i have work to do.
I wonder if there is a quality team for these articles. Chat with Steve from everything I have found trying to chat with Steve is accessed through the app. My problem is I CANNOT LOG INTO THE APP!!! But I CAN log in to the support website. Very weird.
I've been through all the steps and they're not working
