You are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. While the guidelines below may feel obvious, please read them carefully to ensure expectations are fully understood, because situation may arise and its good to have clear alignment.
During resets, if you ever have an interaction with managers, Team Leads, or store personnel that feels like it can create uncertainty or tension we ask that you stay calm, follow direction, and focus on keeping the environment positive and productive.
Your role is to support the reset, not to debate, challenge, or override instructions.
Always follow the guidance given by the Team Lead who is managing the reset. Do not seek alternate direction from other team members on-site.
If there is conflicting information or something doesn’t seem clear, simply ask for clarification and move forward. If needed, apologize and reset the tone. The goal is to complete the work with quality, efficiency, and professionalism, even when the situation is stressful or fast-paced.
