What if I can't make the shelf match the POG?

If the shelf cannot be changed as shown, don't guess or force the change.

Ask store staff for help. 

If the store will not allow the change or the shelf/fixture is different or unsafe to change leave the product as directed by the store and document what happened in the survey. 
Name the person who suppported you and reason why it could not be completed

***Take clear photos showing the shelf condition.

This is a main objective, so having a very clear reason and photos will provide visibility to the client
