What do I do with product that doesn't fit?

Don't force extra product on the shelf. If you have too much, it needs to go back into the backroom. 

Your first step is to connect with the manager and inform them that this product is overstock and ask them if they're able to take it or where they would like you to place it.

If it needs to go back to the backroom, work with store staff to make sure it is returned correctly according to their process.

Be sure to detail in the survey what you did with it, where you left it, and it's always good to take a photo of where you left it as proof.
