Select YES unless you physically cannot enter the store at all.
Select “NO” ONLY if:
The store is closed
The store does not exist
You are physically blocked from entering the store
That’s it.
Select “YES” if ANY of the following are true:
The reset was already completed
Materials are missing
The manager refused part of the work
Frito Lay reps or remodel team are already onsite
You are allowed inside the store
Selecting YES opens the survey so you can:
Take required photos
Document issues correctly
Add manager names and comments
Show completion or blockers by section
Why this matters
Selecting NO incorrectly stops the visit and removes the ability to document your work, which WILL can result in sendbacks.
When in doubt: Select YES and document.

Manager Erick Minerod never received the strips to switch out to new strips. Will take pictures of product showing before & after no strips.
