If this proof is missing, we may not be able to verify your visit accurately. This can result in additional review time or delays in processing your work, even when the task was completed. Please be sure to enter accurate data and include photos taken through the app that clearly show location and timestamps matching your logbook entries.To get approved and paid without questions, you must document time + presence correctly.

Before you start any work!

• Take photos inside the app (location + timestamp required)

• Capture:

  • Store front

  • Log book (required)

  • Fixtures/displays before work begins. If you only submit after photos, this is a FLAG

During the visit

• Complete all survey questions accurately

• Enter time worked in minutes (exclude breaks)

  • We check gio-location and photo-timestamps, to verify the accuracy of your entry.

After clean-up

• Take final photos:

  • Finished fixtures/displays

  • Log book

  • Store front

• Get the satisfaction survey signed (required)

If anything is missing or blocked

• Add clear comments explaining why and show photos if able, this helps us see what you see.

• Include the manager/employee name you spoke with
