Before taking your photo:

• Wipe your camera lens
• Hold your phone steady and take the photo straight-on - BEFORE you do any work.
• Show the product AND the surrounding shelf/display
• Check that the photo is clear and in focus before continuing

If you can't clearly see the product and surrounding area in your photo, please retake it. This data helps us confirm what you are reporting in the store.
