How to Update Direct Deposit Information
Openforce utilizes an integration with Plaid to verify your Openforce account with your Banking Institution. This is the fastest way for Openforce to verify your banking information and securely change your direct deposit information.
- Log in to the Openforce App on your Apple or Android device.
- Select My Account from the navigation menu at the bottom of your device.
- Click on Payment Options and then select the 'Client Name' Direct Deposit row.
- Complete the Plaid Integration form.

6. Once you've linked your banking institution with Openforce, Direct Deposit change requests will be processed in under 48 hours, weekends excluded.
Manually Entering Direct Deposit Information
Vendors can update their direct deposit information without using the Plaid bank verification process; however, this manual process can take up to 7 business days to complete.
If the Plaid verification process is closed or canceled before completion, vendors may still proceed by submitting a Manual Direct Deposit Change Request. To do this, they’ll need to manually enter their bank account details and provide a brief explanation for not completing the Plaid verification process.
