Shipping projects are projects that require us to ship materials to you so that you can complete your store visit. Examples of materials we might send include promotional stickers, cardboard displays, and wire racks.
Before we send you the materials, we will confirm your mailing address. Once the materials have shipped, you'll be able to track the package with a tracking number that you can find in the app.
Most of the time, these projects have deadlines that are tied to the delivery date / time. You will be unable to start the project in the app until we have confirmation that the shipment has arrived.
Important:
- You will be ineligible for all shipping projects in the future
- You will be unable to claim stores or receive offers
- You will have to either send the materials back to Survey at your expense, or we will add a negative charge to your account equal to the cost of shipping and the value of the items
FAQ:
The package arrived, but I'm unable to start the visit in the app.
You are able to override the app. If you're at the store, attempt to start the visit and follow the instructions on the screen. If you're having trouble, please message support or in-store support.
I have leftover materials, and there are more stores I can do, but the app says I need to wait for a shipment.
Contact Survey and we'll update things on our end so you can complete the other stores without getting another deliver.
