If you're have having issues with the app, lagging, freezing, crashing, please try the following steps:
#1 - Take a screenshot or a screen recording, so we can understand when and why this issue may be happening. If it's not reported we cannot help fix any bugs in the app. Please send the photos/video and comments to our support@survey.com so we can have our developers take a look.
Then...
- Make sure to always upload any pending projects before trying to log out of the application.
- Clear App Cache and Data. (Be aware this will permanently delete all app data, such as user settings and login information.)
- Make sure to have the app updated to the latest version. Newer versions of the Merchandiser application intelligently remove older files that are stored on your phone to prevent the application from taking up too much space.
Tips: Remove unwanted apps: Tap on an app you no longer use and select Uninstall. This frees up the space the app and its data occupied.
How to Clear App Cache and Data:
Find the app's storage settings: In the Settings > Apps menu, select the app you want to manage.
Clear cache: Tap on Storage and cache and select Clear cache to delete temporary files.
Clear data: For more space, you can choose Clear storage (or Clear data), but be aware this will permanently delete all app data, such as user settings and login information.
