Manager said no Materials arrived - What do I do??

Even without new materials, you need to complete the other objectives and remove any old strips and graphics and take supporting photos and leave detailed comments. 

When the manager tells you there is no box, ask them if it's OK to take a couple of photos to show client they are not there. 

Do not select No - Manager Refused (no revisit) unless the manager said specifically that you are not allowed to touch anything in the store. You will need to add the manager name, take photos inside the store, and leave a very detailed comment on why the manager did not allow it.
