Can't find the box? Tap here for a successful visit

Not finding the materials doesn't mean the visit can't be successful. 

We DO need you to show the effort, so our client can see all areas as it was confirmed that materials were delivered to stores. You'll need to show proof of both FedEx Box AND the Cardboard Box with the green label. 

Please take at least 3 photos of each area we're asking you to look. This is 9 photos or more total. 
 

• Backroom
• Front of the store / receiving areas where materials are kept/delivered
• Any storage area or supply area 

You should have 9+ total photos, 3 photos of each area - NOT the floor, but a clear photos showing the area, so we can see the room

What If I find the FedEx Box and not the second Cardboard Box? 

We are expecting BOTH the FedEx and the Cardbaord Box - If you only Find the FedEx Box, take at least 3 photos of all areas you searched, so we can see the second Carboard box is not there. We want to see the full room showing no material delivered. 
 

All photos, especially when packages are not found should have detailed comments. Who did you ask, the name of manager or employee that supported you in looking in each area, and where else you tried to look. How long did it take you to look. What did you find out. 

Following these steps ensures you have a successful visit that provides full insight into what you encountered. Visits with only 1 photo will be sent back to review all areas again.
