Think of the planogram like a picture of how the shelf should look - you are NOT doing a reset, the visit is specific to letting us know if the chips are set up to the POG.
 

You will Select YES only if the shelf looks the same as the picture. 

 

Select NO if anything is different, including:
• The wrong product is in a spot
• Products are in the wrong order
• The number of products doesn’t match
• Items are messy or not lined up with shelf tags

Even if the right products are there, but not arranged correctly → Select NO
Blank spaces where a product should be → Select NO

If you have to second guess it, it’s usually NO
