Walmart may not have built the Rollback Feature Display, and confirming that is the task. A "not available" answer is just as valuable as finding it. Do NOT copy anything from the main shelf section, as that is a different area.
Before marking anything in the survey, walk the perimeter of the section. The Secondary Location is NOT in the main aisle shelf, check these spots:
- End caps at the end of the grocery aisle
- Front-end display areas
- Action Alley (the wide walkway along the store perimeter) and Pallet/seasonal displays.
Still not seeing it? Put your phone away first, then find a store associate and say something like:
" Hey, I found "Nongshim Bow Noodles on the main shelf, is there an end cap or secondary location set up anywhere else in the store for it?"
Document what you found:
- Found it: Complete the fixture section in the survey :-)
- Did NOT find it: Mark as "I was unable to locate the Nongshim Bow Noodles Rollback Feature display"
- Take a photo of the action alley new the grocery section
- Take a photos of the end caps showing the product is not there
- These photos PROVE the Retailer has not set them up. Our client wants these up, so you're here to help us audit and see this.
