What if I have the wrong LD Sign?!??

LD Signs you received vary by message and flavor. Each Store has a specific message and flavor sign that must be installed. 
When you place it, confirm your sign matches both!
 

• Message: Your sign either says 'Lowest Price' or 'Greatest value' 
• Flavor: The sign either says 'Menthol' or 'Non-Menthol'

Go back to your project and verify you sign matches what's assigned.

IF your sign does NOT match the project: 

DO NOT Install it. Contact Survey Support, so the correct sign can be shipped to you. Please take a photo of the sign you do have, note in your comments that it is the incorrect one, and add it to the additional comments for further confirmation of the wrong sign.
