You should almost never tap "No- Manager Refused entire reset" because there's still work you can complete in the visit even without materials, you need to go through each section and photograph current layout, strips, and make the product look nice.
You only select Manager refused if they will not allow you to walk into the store and take photos to audit and show how the fixtures and sections currently look.
Tip for store conversations if materials are missing or there's hesitation
"Since there is no materials that were delivered for the reset, I'll just be taking a few photos, tidy up the sections and clean the aisles, so we can document what will need to be completed still when the materials do arrive."
Tap, Yes, I can proceed, so you can continue to answer the survey questions, without the shelf strips
* Remove the old strips
*Reset the section to the POG
*IF nothing matches, the fixtures and everything is totally different then the POG, then do your best to merchandise it, so it looks nice, chips are straight and presentable.
Be sure you make clear comments on why it may not match POG, what you did in the section, and any other instore conditions that prevented you from completing it. These things help us provide better visibility to our client.
