If you’re unsure, pause and look at the bags in front of you. The Single Serve section is made up of small, individual bags, typically one serving size and usually priced around $2–$3.
If you’re seeing larger or family-size bags, you’re in the wrong section.
These are two separate sections with different POGs, so do not mix them. This section should be in an aisle, not an endcap, and it may be right next to the Take Home section, which is why it’s easy to confuse them.
Before you answer, take a second and ask yourself: are all of these small, single-size bags? If not, stop and find the correct section. If you audit the wrong area or mix products, your visit will be sent back.
What if there is no Single Serve Small Chip Bags in the Main Gondola Aisle?
That is totally fine and can happen. You need to answer NO, and document this in the survey and be sure that you capture photos of the aisle to show that they do not exist In-Aisle section
IF you find the Single Serve in a DIFFERENT SECTION - Just note this in the comments at the end of the visits. Example "Single Serve Chips only under the counter" or "Single Serve Chips are on FEM" This will tell us that the Single Serve are NOT in the Main aisle, but you are documenting where they are in the comments at the end.
HERE is an EXAMPLE PHOTO ONLY - of the Single Serve EVERY STORE HAS A DIFFERENT POG - be sure you pull it up correctly in your app on your device
