You're ultimate goal for the client quality in all stores is to set the FEM must match the POG exactly or the visit may be sent back.
If something prevents you from following the POG, it must be valid and documented on the satisfaction survey:
POG won’t load
- Make sure you have connection
- You can reach out to support if needed through chat with Steve
- Do not skip, you still need the POG to complete the reset
Manager does not want the POG followed
- Follow the manager’s direction - never argue, but we need manager name and reason of refusal to report.
- Add clear comments explaining why
- Include it on the Manager Satisfaction Survey
- Get the manager’s signature, this shows they refused
Fixture does not match the POG or there is not FEM fixture?
- Take clear photos showing the issue
- Add detailed comments explaining why it could not be set
Nothing is wrong, just double checking
- Only select “Yes” if your completed section matches the POG exactly
- If it does not match, select “No” and explain why
