If you arrive and the box of materials is NOT there, you need to proceed and reset. Tap “Yes, I can start”
(Unless the store is closed, temporarily closed, or the manager asks you to reschedule)
Take photos showing the materials are not present when you are asked to in the survey
Use the POG in your app to complete the reset. Scroll to find each section when you pull up the POG document:
- FEM
- Gondola (Single Serve + Take Home)
- SS Relay (this is the Single Serve section)
Every store has a different POG, so never go off of memory. Also, not all stores have the same size of fixture, so you really need to pay attention and look at each header to confirm you're looking at the right section
Follow the POG as closely as possible, Remove any old strips and select “Strips missing or incorrect” The reset must match the POG to be marked complete.
Goal is to remove old strips and reset to POG. If the manager wants to keep the old strips, don't argue, leave them there, take photos, and add this to the satisfaction survey. The manager needs to sign off on it.
What if the POG does not match the fixture???
If the shelving/space does NOT match the POG: Take clear photos, Document the issue, Do NOT continue if it cannot be set correctly and note this on the satisfaction survey for the manager to sign off on.
