Sometimes this can happen, we encourage you to try and move anything blocking the path, so you can take a straight on and clear photo. We will be using these for client data, so the lense needs to be clean, the photos straight on, and not blurry.
Try to take the best photo you can, remember you are the eyes in the store, since we cannot be there
If the staff helps, and can take the photo for you, from your phone, that is OK too, they just need to take a clear and straight photo.
Do NOT mark items as out of stock if you cannot verify it with a photo. You want to add all details to Q 32 as additional comments. These comments support all photos you take, without them, you may be sent back.
