If you are not allowed access, we need to remain polite at all times. Remember, you are in their store, and their time is valuable.
Make sure you shared the LOA, you should be in dress code, and representing the client in a positive way.
If they do not allow you to continue, please document this along with any supporting photos in store that you can take. Document the store manager name and leave clear notes as to why or what occured during your visit that led to the refusal.
Document this in Question 32
Remember, it is not typical for someone to be refused in all visits, so if there are more than 3 visits with inability to continue, this will be flagged.
