The important point here is to take clear, straight on photos of the sections you checked. This demonstrates in a clear way for our client that there is no product.
Some of the items may be in a display, sometimes they are in a cardboard case. The focus isn't what you find the product in but if you found the product where it should be placed.
Show the shelf where the product should be. Take -3-4 photos of the area and surrounding, because this shows the client it's not there and confirms the check was done.
Do not just comment that the product is not there, the photos are used to confirm the answer, so they are needed to ensure we can approve the visit.
Of the layout is completely different, you want to mark "No"
