Only choose “In compliance” if the set matches the Planogram 100%. Setting the Brand, Size and flavor 100% is necessary for optimal quality

1. “The cigarette set is now in compliance with the Planogram.”
   Only pick this if every flavor, every size, and every position matches the POG exactly. Every store POG may be different, so you really need to open it in every survey - Don't assume or try to do anything from memory. 

    

2. “No, I am not able to leave the set according to the Planogram.”

   Pick this if something blocked you (manager refusal, locked area, missing product, etc.).

Before selecting “In compliance”:

• Compare the POG with your after photo , Make sure everything matches 100%. Double‑check, then triple‑check

If it doesn’t match, the visit will be sent back.

If you can’t follow the POG:

• Choose “not able to leave the set according to planogram”
• Document what happened
• Include the manager/employee name + supporting photos - you should be very clear and detailed here.
