Our goal is to ensure pricing is clear so customers can confidently purchase the product.
If promotional or regular price tags are missing, incorrect, or unavailable:
#1 Politely notify a store associate that pricing appears missing or mismatched.
#2 Ask if tags can be printed or corrected.
If the manager or associate declines, says no, or cannot print tags:
• Do NOT escalate or argue
• Do NOT leave the section undocumented
• Take a clear photo showing the current condition
• Add detailed comments explaining what the store said, we want to escalate issues for our client if they exist.
Example comments:
“Manager declined promotional tag placement.”
“Printer unavailable.”
“Store prefers to handle pricing internally.”
Specific comments help us escalate patterns to the client and protect your visit.
Even if tags cannot be placed, clear photos + detailed notes are required.
