Do not place the POS material -see why

Only observe what is already on the shelf upon arrival.

You should not have installed anything new yet, if you did, please adjust, so you can take photos of the POS that was in place when you arrived to the store. 

In this section you're just going to be auditing whether the POS we present to you is already on the shelf or not (see photo in the visit for the specific store you're auditing) 

✅ Answer YES → ONLY if the POS on the shelf matches the photo in the visit for the specific store you're auditing.

❌ Answer NO → If the POS is not present or does not match exactly.

After answering NO, STOP and wait until the survey opens the next section.

Do not skip steps or answer out of order.

Bottom line: Not following this process will result in inaccurate before/after photos and incorrect data. Always complete the survey step by step, in order.
