If the box cannot be found, we still need visual proof of what you checked. We can't see what you see, so we're asking you to photograph it, showing nothing is there.
What to capture:
3–4 wide photos of the full area where the box would normally be stored
Photos should clearly show shelves, racks, or empty space
Add comments confirming where you looked that support the photos
This prevents send-backs by showing the data exactly what was (and wasn’t) available.
