Your reported time must align with your photos and location data. This is True in ALL Projects.
Important reminders:
Enter the actual time spent working onsite.You are adding the time in Minutes. Example 1H = 60 min; 2H =120 min; 3H = 180 min ect..
Your time should reasonably match photo timestamps and locations
If you have a Manager Satisfaction sheet, ADD your time there as well, for manager sign off.
If something impacted your time, explain it in comments with clear detail.
If your documented time worked does not match reasonably with your geolocation on-site and photo time-stamps, the visit will be flagged.
Accurate documentation helps ensure payment reflects the work completed and avoids review delays.
