If a manager refuses part or all of the work, do not exit the visit without documenting the store.
What to do:
Take clear photos of the area(s) you were asked to work on
Capture the current layout and condition of the space
Add comments explaining what was refused and why
Include the manager’s name if provided
Be sure to be confident, polite, and respectful of the store space.
This documentation allows us to report accurately to the client and helps avoid follow-up visits.
