Attachment or small unit placed on top of a standard beverage cooler to showcase products

Q - Lane (Queue lane): 

A specialized, often illuminated, promotional signage unit designed to sit on top of a retail merchandising fixture (a "Q-Line" or queue line system) to attract customer attention.
