Store is already a 6-shelf store? Here's what to do

If the main gondola already has 6 shelves

You do NOT need to install a new shelf.

Please focus on all efforts to the remaining required work below.

Remaining Tasks to be completed 

You must still complete all applicable tasks:

✔ Set up 2 side wings on the Main Endcap
✔ Disassemble the current Main Endcap and discard as instructed
✔ Build and reset the IC Endcap
✔ Assemble the 2 for $1 standalone wire rack, if present
✔ Install required channel strips and signage
✔ Clean up debris and check out with store personnel
✔ Complete all remaining survey steps

What is the IC Endcap?

IC = Impulse Convenience.

This is a small display in high-traffic areas, such as:

• Near checkout lanes

• Near entrances

• Along main walkways or coolers

It is not the main gondola or aisle shelving.

Documentation is also key:

Take clear photos showing the gondola already has 6 shelves
Add a note in the survey stating:

“Store already has a 6-shelf gondola — no additional shelf required.”

Important

Do NOT stop the visit early
Do NOT skip endcaps or strip placement
All remaining tasks must still be completed
