Do NOT call the Frito hotline just because a Frito rep is not onsite.
You are expected to begin your assigned work independently.
What You Should Do Instead
✔ Locate your shipped materials
✔ Review the instruction guide and POG
✔ Begin setting up and resetting the sections assigned to you
✔ Complete all tasks that do not require the Frito team
Do NOT wait in the store without working.
The remodel team and Frito reps may be working on different tasks than yours
If Shelving Is Not Available
✔ You may use the metal racking on the bottom shelf to create the 6th shelf if needed
✔ Follow the instruction guide for proper placement
✔ Document with photos if this setup is used
When to Call the Hotline
Only call the hotline if:
You encounter a true blocker you cannot resolve, or
The survey specifically instructs you to call
