When product levels don’t match the POG, follow these rules exactly.
If there is TOO MUCH product
✔ Box extra product as OVERSTOCK and Clearly label the box “Overstock” date and Frito Lay product
✔ Leave with store staff
Do NOT force product onto shelves. Shelves should look presentable and attractive (not cluttered) for our shoppers.
Do NOT mix with deleted/expired items
If there is NOT ENOUGH product
✔ Set the section to the POG layout
✔ Leave empty spaces where product is missing
✔Notify store staff that Frito-Lay will credit it out
Do NOT flex product
Do NOT pull from other shelves or displays
Document and photograph gaps
If product is DELETED or EXPIRED (not on the POG)
✔ Remove it from the fixture
✔ Box it separately as “Deleted / Expired”
✔ Notify store staff that Frito-Lay will credit it out
NEVER mix deleted/expired with overstock
Important Handling Rules
Use a shopping cart when available — do NOT leave product on the floor
Clean the area before final photos
Never eat product or take it home
Key Reminder
Photos + notes are required
Always complete all other reset tasks
