Strips are Missing, wrong, or damaged? Here's how to proceed

What to Do

Even if there is an issue with the shelf strips, you must still complete the reset to the POG.

If the strip is missing, wrong, or damaged

✔ Complete the full reset to the new POG
✔ Ask the Manager to print the price tags, so they can be added to the shelf. Leave off any old strips or incorrect strips (example, a strip received might say 2024 or 2025 (unlikely, but be prepared) 

**  Leave the strip off if it does not fit or is incorrect - DO NOT CUT Stips to make them fit. 

✔ Take clear photos showing the issue
✔ Document what’s wrong in the survey comments

Please note: These are channel strips (not adhesive).

If the store refuses the new strips

• Politely explain that new channel strips are required as part of this Frito-Lay reset

• If the store still refuses:

  • Document the refusal

  • Record the manager’s name

  • Take photos

  • Proceed with the reset to POG
