A new Planogram (POG) was sent for this program.
You must follow the new POG exactly, even if the shelf currently looks different.

If the shelf does NOT match the POG

Here’s how to proceed:

Issue: Items on the shelf but NOT on the POG

• Remove them

• Box them as Overstock

• Notify store staff that Frito-Lay will credit it outDo NOT move or flex them elsewhere

Issue: Items shown on the POG but NOT available in the store

• Leave the space empty

• Do NOT substitute other products

• Document that the item is on POG but not available

Very Important

Do NOT flex product
Do NOT guess or adjust the layout
Photograph everything (before & after, empty spaces, boxed overstock)

Why This Matters

The client expects the shelf to match the POG provided, not the store’s current setup.
Clear photos + accurate documentation = no sendbacks.
