If the new shelf does not fit, pause before continuing.
This may be due to:
Wrong shelf size
Different gondola model
Depth or bracket mismatch
What To Do
Do NOT force the shelf
Call the hotline for next steps # 866.830.2123
Take exact steps given by the Frito Hotline and document in Survey directions given and confirm call to hotline.
If Unable to reach hotline (not likely but in the rare case)
Take clear photos showing the mismatch
Document the issue in the survey very clearly
Continue the reset using existing shelves as directed - TRY Calling the hotline again later during your visit.
Important to understand
Any Existing shelves stay in place
New shelves are only for the added 6th shelf
Proper documentation protects you from rework or sendbacks
Even if the shelf doesn’t fit, there is still work to complete.
