No Upright Holes for the 6th Shelf? Next steps here

While rare and should not be an issue, sometimes a gondola physically can’t support a 6th shelf. 

Common reasons:

• Uprights have no holes

• Uprights are welded

• Non-standard spacing on older fixtures

What To Do

1. Take clear photos of the uprights showing the issue

2. Document exactly what’s blocking installation in the survey

3. You may adjust existing shelves ONLY if:

   • The fixture still looks clean and professional

   • All product fits properly

Do not force or damage the fixture.

Important

• The goal is a safe, presentable setup

• If the 6th shelf truly cannot be added, photos + notes are required

• Continue completing all other reset tasks
