Sky/Extra Inventory shelf won't come off? Here's what to do

If the top (sky) shelf won’t come off, don’t panic.

Common reasons why it wont come off

• Screws won’t come out or are stripped

• Shelf is glued or permanently anchored

• Fixture is bent or warped

• A manager says the shelf cannot be removed

What You Should Do

1. Do NOT force it — never break or damage the fixture

2. Take clear photos showing why the shelf can’t be removed (Necessary step)

3. In the survey, select the correct option and add photos and info to "additional comments" at the end of the survey. 

4. Add a short, factual comment (what you tried + what blocked you)

5. Keep going — complete ALL other reset tasks in the store

Important to Know

• The sky shelf must be removed to add the 6th shelf

• If removal is truly not possible, photo proof + comments are required

   

  Never stop the visit just because the sky/Extra Inventory shelf won’t come off.
