California currently only has deliveries of the Zyn SMOOTH flavor. Because of this, you will fill ALL 4 facings you installed on the second shelf with Syn SMOOTH.
NO facings should be empty. Fill all 4 facings with SMOOTH flavor — this is correct and compliant for California locations.

These instructions are California-specific due to deliveries.
**All other states must continue filling facings with the full flavor assortment as per Planogram.
