Prior to your visit the Zyn product has been confirmed as delivered to this store.
To avoid sendbacks or rejection of your visit, please follow these steps carefully:
Ask the store manager or staff for the Zyn product, it should be available to cut in during this visit.
Don't rely only on overstock checks, you must confirm with store personnel as this is one of the main goals of this project.
If the manager confirms the product isn't available:
Take a clear photo of the overstock area and any place where product is usually stored.
Again - If no backstock is found, you must take multiple, clear photos of each of the following areas:
- Bottom cabinet
- Top cabinet behind the headers
- Baskets and boxes behind the counter
- Backroom or receiving area
This confirms whether Zyn and Rogue products are not available.
