In order to prevent rejections or revisits to this location, as well as to ensure accurate reporting to the client we need to prove the product is truly missing in some or all lanes.
When the product is not found:
Take a photo of EVERY checkout lane.
Example:
If the store has 14 lanes, you must upload 14 photos to show each lane. Please be sure to double check your documentation. Visits missing correct number of checkout lane photos will be sent back.
