This is what to do when things in-store don’t go as planned
1. Missing Product?
Search every box for the item — even if there’s only one.
If not found, note it in the survey (don’t guess or fill with wrong product). Remember photos
2. Not Enough Pegs or Hooks?
Check the boxes first.
If still missing → ask store for extra hardware.
If none available, set product aside and note the shortage in the survey.
3. Leftover or Extra Product?
Box up any excess neatly.
Attach return label (or request one if needed).
Hand the box to store leadership for FedEx pickup.
Take a photo of the staged return before leaving.
Pro Tip: Clear notes + photos = fewer send backs, faster pay.
