Already know how to stock? Good.
This is what to do when things in-store don’t go as planned 

 1. Missing Product?

• Search every box for the item — even if there’s only one.

• If not found, note it in the survey (don’t guess or fill with wrong product). Remember photos

 2. Not Enough Pegs or Hooks?

• Check the boxes first.

• If still missing → ask store for extra hardware.

• If none available, set product aside and note the shortage in the survey.

3. Leftover or Extra Product?

• Box up any excess neatly.

• Attach return label (or request one if needed).

• Hand the box to store leadership for FedEx pickup.

• Take a photo of the staged return before leaving.
