YES! The Sell sheet is a must, its not just paper work, its how we show what's missing and get product into the store.
Now that you have already completed the audit, start by marking the status of each item on the sell sheet.
When done take 2 photos of the Sell sheet showing the products status in both pages.
This is a MUST, as it helps show what is in stock or missing, which is KEY when convincing the decision maker to place an order.
Ensure to use PEN and not pencil. If you do not have a PEN, please ask any store personnel if they can borrow a PEN.
What if the decision maker is not available?
Leave the sell sheet with the store personnel for the manager/owner to review when present. - TIP: write the store number, date, and time you left the sell sheet, so it further aligns with your in store visit.
The Decision Maker may vary per store being:
- The owner
- The manager
- Assistant manager
- Family member of the owner
Please make sure to follow all required steps to avoid send backs.
