As part of our store standards, it's important that the display is set up exactly according to the approved Planogram (POG).
Following the Planogram helps maintain consistency, ensures optimal product placement for customer visibility and sales performance.
Where will I find the POG?
POG will always be within the Survey. The POG in the Survey will usually be the most updated one, the POG the Manager has could be outdated.
What if the POG in the Survey does not match the Display/Fixture?
You may ask the Manager for the POG. If the manager advises you to complete the display a specific way, please be sure you are detailed in documentation, so we know exactly why and what the manager informed you to do.
What if the POG the Manager has does not match the POG in the Survey?
Please use the POG that matches the Display/Fixture, document that the Manager's POG and your POG were different, highlighting these issues in the survey is important.
